The Queen's Tea Table

The Phantom V State Landau used for many years by Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain when visiting the North American Commonwealth countries and the United States is the basis for the artwork “the Queens Tea Table “. Artist David John Mega having acquired the Rolls Royce radiator surround after it had received minor damage upon the Queen’s visit to Bermuda in 1976 fashioned a formal and elegant, as well as functional sculpture befitting High Tea with the Queen.

This design can be reproduced by special order only. Each commission is tailored to the client’s specifications as to color and artistic options. Panel inserts of burled wood, tooled leather, or painted canvas is according to the individual’s dictum.
